Black Duplex is the first serial production trailer featuring a Duplex surface protection system (hot-dip galvanizing + paint). It offers C5 corrosion protection class and is significantly more durable than Magnelis® or standard HDG coating. In addition to its practicality, the trailer has a stylish appearance and is as easy to wash as a car.
The front hatch of the Black Duplex is made of a strong metal frame with a durable polymer coating. This solution provides enhanced protection for areas most affected by stones thrown up by vehicle wheels.
With double surface coating and a reinforced full-welded frame, this trailer is designed for daily use with especially heavy loads. It is manufactured using hot-dip galvanized and painted sheet metal suitable for Nordic conditions, sourced from SSAB – the world’s largest and most environmentally friendly manufacturer of special and premium steels. Strong dual-groove side profiles increase the trailer's rigidity. Leaf spring suspension with shock absorbers reduces the impact of potholes and improves driving performance. Waterproof hubs ensure a longer life for the bearings. The metal mudguards and step boards, coated with a special durable paint, withstand stepping and improve ease of use. The paint also provides effective protection against slipping and stone chips.
The cargo box is equipped with strap loops on the inside and hooks on the outside to secure the load. Strap loops are attached to the side posts of the trailer to ensure greater tensile strength when securing the load. In addition, the bottom of the trailer can be fully utilized in this way, and the fastening loops do not interfere with loading and unloading (e.g. bulk material). The cargo bed is galvanized and painted both inside and out, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and easier maintenance. The tilting cargo box and fully welded frame tailgate allows the trailer to be used for loading and unloading lighter vehicles (lawn tractor, ATV, etc.).

All trailers for sale at Tiki 24/7 delivery points are already registered with the Transport Administration and are ready to take part in traffic immediately after purchase. The state fee for trailer registration of €98 must be paid by the Buyer together with the purchase of the trailer (automatically added to the shopping cart).

Enter the Buyer’s details. Make sure that the data is correct, because based on the entered data, we initiate the change of ownership in the e-environment of the Transport Administration. The actions of the change of ownership must be confirmed by the Buyer within 5 calendar days.

After completing the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, in which you will find the 4-digit access code and the number of the locking post located at the corresponding delivery point.
To unlock the trailer, enter the received access code on the corresponding post, then release the locking lever.
We initiate the change of ownership in the e-environment of the Transport Administration no later than the next working day. We will also then send a copy of the purchase invoice for the trailer to your e-mail address.
