Delivery
You can pick up the goods ordered from the online store by choosing the most convenient delivery method. Possible delivery methods for different products may differ. The delivery methods of the ordered product are visible in the shopping cart, where the Customer can make his choice and see the cost of delivery.

When the shipment is ready for delivery, the customer will be notified by e-mail and/or phone. Goods are not issued outside the opening hours of the representative store. Please pick up the order only when you have received the notification.

- Home delivery. We deliver all trailers purchased from the e-shop free of charge within Estonia (except islands). The delivery time is added to the delivery time (shown when selecting the delivery method when completing the purchase). Upon receiving the goods, the buyer undertakes to immediately check the quantity and compliance of the goods with the order and to sign the delivery note. If, upon receiving the goods, the buyer notices that the goods do not correspond to the order, the information stated on the delivery note, or the packaging and products have significant damage, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept the goods and return the goods to the Online Store/courier.
After paying for the order, it is possible to store the goods in the Online Store warehouse for 7 days, from the 8th day onwards, a storage fee of 1% of the cost of the goods per day is added to the cost of the goods.
